Seasonal adventures

Disko Bay – The Region of two thousand islands, can be visited any time of the year.

Summer and winter are the most popular seasons for traveling, but spring and autumn also offer extraordinary adventures. Spring and autumn are quick, transitional periods which nevertheless offer a variety of experiences. As these months occur outside of Greenland’s peak seasons for tourism, you can often take the time to slow down and get to know the locals. When there are less people descending on a town, you will find the locals tend to be much more relaxed and probably friendlier and open to having a chat or giving you some tips on their town.

Every season in the Disko Bay brings new adventures, sights to explore and events to enjoy. You will want to come back again and again to experience the joys of every season.
