Sauwestari is an exciting new Greenlandic reggae band who released their debut album 'Sauwestari' on the 26th of May, 2023. The album is recorded and produced by Fabrizio Barzanti and features a number of talented musicians on the recording.
In mars 2024 the "Award of the Year" was given to a "songwriter/composer who has released the best music of the year" for the album "Sauwestari" that is about love, environmental awareness, and the relationship between Greenland and Denmark.
